Greatest non-academic accomplishment: My greatest non-academic accomplishment is competing and winning nationally with my dance team.

What is your favorite gadget? My phone. I cannot live without it. It is the one thing that can connect me with the outside world, no matter how far around the world it is.

What were you like when you were a child? Very active, creative, and imaginative. I loved spending time outside.
Who is the most influential person in your life?
What is the one thing about you that people you meet may not immediately realize? I may come off as shy, but I am actually extremely outgoing.
Describe one defining moment in your own life, other than winning your local title: One defining moment in my life was when I got my pacemaker. Because I got it at such a young age, it helped me mature faster and realize the value of life.
What is one important thing you have learned from being in the Miss America Program? One important thing I’ve learned is the importance of volunteer work and the difference it makes in the community.
If you are crowned Miss Mississippi, what do you want to accomplish during your Year of Service? I would love to be able spread awareness not only for my platform, but for other major issues that are prominent in everyday life.
What is your secret wish or dream? My secret wish is that i want to be a model.
I’m motivated by: I’m motivated by my own personal competitiveness. I only expect the best from myself.
Is there a personal connection that made you pick your personal platform? My niece was born with trisomy 18. I also teach a special needs dance class.
What do you think has been the most significant event in your lifetime? The most significant event that has happened in my lifetime that was not related to me is 9/11. It was a traumatic event that broke the entire world but taught us how to work together in the middle of controversy.
The one thing I can’t live without: My Phone
My best friend would describe me as: Loyal and Trustworthy
Something interesting about my family: There are 6 of us. We are step-siblings, but have been together since we were very young.
Funniest or most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me: One time I pepper sprayed myself on accident because I was playing with it and sprayed it away from me but into the wind and it came back on me. Not my shining moment.
One thing I’d like to try that is out of character for me: I would love to go skydiving.
