Through social outreach efforts and constant messaging through social media platform. “I’m in Your Corner is committed to helping the youth of today learn to build each other up.
I am very passionate about my platform because I have felt inclusion before. My home state of Mississippi is listed in the top 5 states for the highest percentage of high school students who attempted suicide because of constant harassment both at school and on-line. With the help of the Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen program, I am confident I can be the reason our state experiences a decrease in bullying cases and ensure that tweens and teens across Mississippi always have someone in their corner.
