What makes you special and unique? When I am passionate about something, I will work at it constantly and do everything in my power to excel.

What is the one thing about you that people you meet may not immediately realize? I actually have a great sense of humor.

Best advice you have ever received? Don’t let anyone dampen your spirit.

What can’t you live without? My bookshelf, because when I’m feeling upset or discouraged I start reading one of my favorite books.

What is your biggest guilty pleasure? Definitely videogames, I enjoy playing them when I have free time.

What is your favorite movie genre and why? My favorite movie genre is fantasy, because I love being transported to other worlds that still find a way to mirror our own.

Where do you see yourself in ten years? Probably at one of my other guilty pleasures, a fast food restaurant.

Most valuable lesson learned? The most valuable lesson I have learned is that it is important to believe in myself and not constantly worry what others think of me.

Most valued role model (other than your mother) and why? Lin Manuel Miranda, because he works tirelessly and does whatever it takes to follow his dreams and create great things.

What motivates you? The desire to learn new things is my biggest motivator.

Greatest non-academic accomplishment other than winning your local title? I consider my greatest non-academic achievement to be the time I won a national vocal competition.

Best compliment you have ever received? The best compliment I have ever received is undoubtedly that I have a bright future ahead of me.

Secret wish or dream? If I wrote it here, it wouldn’t be a secret anymore.

What is the funniest or most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you?  When I was about 8 or 9 I got sick the week of voice competition, and lost my voice on stage, in front of everyone.  Then I forgot the words to the song because I was panicking about losing my voice.

What is one thing you’d like to try that is out of character for you? I think it would be to explore the catacombs in Paris at night.

What is your super power? I can sleep through anything.

What is one important thing you have learned from being in the Miss Mississippi Program? Being involved in the Miss Mississippi program has taught me the importance of having a supportive community, which I was definitely blessed with.

Describe yourself in one word. Eclectic.

A Fun Family Fact? My family has Polish roots, so every Christmas Eve we eat white fish and potato mushroom soup on Christmas Eve.
